Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States only.

Do you ship internationally? No, we currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

How will I know my order has shipped? Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product? We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or normal wear and tear.

How do I start a return? ⚠️ You must contact us via chat BEFORE returning anything. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

How long do I have to request a return? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us about an issue.

Will I need to provide evidence? In some cases, we may request photo or video evidence of the issue before processing a refund or replacement.

How long does a refund take? Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
